This is a paid test project where two creators will be selected to film a series of street interviews with compelling, real people sharing their stories. You'll be responsible for conducting engaging, natural interviews that prioritize entertainment and authentic emotional reactions over direct product promotion. The role requires strong on-camera presence, ability to ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm and what drives viewer engagement. You should be comfortable approaching strangers in public and creating content that naturally stops viewers from scrolling. For this initial project, you'll deliver 3 approved final videos in exchange for up to $500 compensation, with payment determined by your previous work quality, interview style, and sample video performance.
