We're seeking an experienced video editor to join our remote team and produce high-performing short-form ad creative for direct-to-consumer brands. You'll edit raw UGC and creator footage into polished vertical videos optimized for Meta and TikTok campaigns, incorporating captions, sound design, pacing, and scroll-stopping hooks. This role requires strong proficiency with CapCut or Premiere Pro and the ability to follow client brand guidelines while iterating based on performance feedback. The ideal candidate has prior full-time remote work experience (beyond freelance projects) and demonstrates exceptional time management, reliability with deadlines, and professional communication skills. You should have a proven track record editing short-form vertical video for paid social ads, with a strong intuitive sense of what creates engaging, conversion-focused creative. Experience with DTC and e-commerce advertising is a plus. This is a full-time position requiring consistency, responsiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively with our internal team while adhering to established SOPs. You'll represent the agency well while taking feedback professionally and delivering quality work on schedule.
