We're looking for a skilled video editor to produce high-converting short-form Meta ads and long-form VSLs (5–30 minutes) for e-commerce and DTC brands. You'll work with AI-generated UGC-style footage, scripts, and voiceovers to create videos optimized for performance, not just aesthetics. Your focus will be on strong hooks, clear calls-to-action, and direct response marketing structure. Your responsibilities include editing short-form Meta ads with compelling first-3-second hooks, structuring long-form VSLs using proven Direct Response frameworks (hook benefit stack close), and adding text overlays, callouts, testimonials, and proof elements. You'll also create A/B test variants based on performance metrics and ensure proper exports for Meta, hosted sales pages, and YouTube. Fast turnaround is essential: first cuts within 48 hours and revisions within 24 hours. You'll need a strong portfolio demonstrating both short-form UGC ads and long-form VSL work, advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and a solid understanding of Direct Response marketing principles. Experience with AI UGC tools, After Effects, and video hosting platforms like Wistia or ClickFunnels is a plus.
